Acceptable Use Policy
Let's Get Food Inc. · Effective date: 2026-09-01
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Let's Get Food, including customers and Merchants. Violating this policy may result in warnings, order cancellation, content removal, or suspension/termination of your account.
1. Prohibited conduct for everyone
- Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users, Merchants, or Let's Get Food staff
- Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content, reviews, or ratings
- Attempting to circumvent the platform to avoid fees (e.g., soliciting off-platform payment for a booking initiated through Let's Get Food)
- Interfering with or disrupting the Services, including introducing malware, scraping data at scale, or attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
- Using the Services to send spam or unsolicited marketing in violation of CASL
2. Additional rules for customers
- Provide accurate event details (guest count, dietary restrictions, venue access) so Merchants can fulfill your order safely and correctly
- Do not submit chargebacks in bad faith for orders that were fulfilled as described
- Treat Merchant staff and delivery/event personnel with respect
3. Additional rules for Merchants
- List only menus, packages, and pricing you can actually fulfill, with accurate allergen and dietary information
- Comply with all applicable food-safety, health, and business-licensing laws in your jurisdiction
- Do not manipulate reviews (e.g., offering incentives for positive reviews, submitting fake reviews)
- Do not use customer contact information obtained through the platform for unsolicited marketing outside of Let's Get Food
- Fulfill confirmed bookings as agreed, or promptly notify the customer and our support team if you cannot
4. Reporting violations
If you believe another user or Merchant has violated this policy, please contact privacy@letsgetfood.com with details. We investigate reports and take action consistent with our Terms of Service and Merchant Terms.
