SMS Consent
Let's Get Food Inc. · Effective date: 2026-09-01
When you provide your phone number to Let's Get Food, you agree to receive SMS one-time verification codes and related account/booking notifications from us. This page describes that consent, as required for 10DLC registration and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
What you're consenting to
- Transactional messages only by default: one-time verification (OTP) codes, booking and order status updates, and account-security alerts.
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity (e.g., you'll get an OTP when you sign in or take a sensitive action, and updates tied to bookings you make).
- Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Marketing SMS is separate
We will only send marketing/promotional SMS if you separately and explicitly opt in (e.g., via the marketing preferences checkbox at signup or in your notification settings). Marketing SMS opt-in is unchecked by default.
How to opt out
- Reply STOP to any message to stop future SMS from that number
- Reply HELP for help
- Update your notification preferences in the app at any time
We will not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes.
